How to Sponsor Us
J.R. Tucker High School´s Robotics Team (Sparky – Team 384) is seeking sponsorship for the current season. Our team participates in the international FIRST Robotics Competition every year. The FIRST Robotics Competition inspires high school students to directly experience science and technology, fostering creativity and discovery through hands on exercises to solve real world problems. The competition provides a problem to solve and the students work very devotedly with mentors to design and build their robotic solutions. FIRST designs intriguing competitions where robots compete with and against one another. Teams are formed to solve the design challenge and build robots for the competition. In the process, students are exposed to some of today's best role models: engineers and technologists who improve society, and along the way, inspire students. The FIRST experience helps students discover the rewards and excitement of science and technology.

To learn more about the competition please visit www.usfirst.org or our FRC page.
What We Need
To receive the materials to build the robot and compete in the local regional competition requires a $6,000 entry fee. To attend the championship in St. Louis we must pay an additional $5,000 entry fee. These prices do not cover any transportation, lodging or food for the students. In addition the team tries to provide meals to the students who work hundreds of hours outside of school to complete the robot. We would greatly appreciate any contribution you or your business can make to our team.
